Come to beautiful Hollywood, Florida for your outpatient LAP-BAND® procedure. We offer qualified patients an affordable option that is performed by experienced, advanced laparoscopic surgeons. The cost includes your consult with the surgeon, nutritional counseling, psychological clearance, anesthesia, facility charges and 12 months of follow-up if done in our office. (The cost of surgery does not include preliminary laboratory and diagnostic studies that may be required. It also does not cover the mandatory medical clearance and/ or specialty clearances prior to surgery.)
